I love cheesecake. And its soft, sweet, crumbly consistence makes all my friends deeply happy as well! It is an easy and quick selfmade cake you can prepare for your favourite people.
1/2 pound crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Butter springform pan. Crumble crackers until crumbs form as fine as you like it. Add melted butter, cinnamon and salt. Pulse to combine and press crumb mixture into buttom of the pan.
1/2 pound sugar
2 teapoons vanilla sugar
2 ponds cream cheese – room temperature
1/2 pound sour cream – room temperature
2 tablespoons flour
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sour cream on medium until smooth but fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in flour and milk. Pour filling on crust. Bake for about an hour.
