I have already told you that salad is one of my favourite dishes. My all time favourite is cucumber salad: It is easy to prepare, super healthy and extremley delicious! So please enjoy!
You need: 1 cucumber – 2 stalks of spring onion – 2 tbs dill – 1 tbs dijon mustard – 1/2 tbs sugar – 4 tbs vinegar – 2 tbs olive oil – salt and pepper
That’s how: Combine dill, mustard, vinegar, olive oil and sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Thinly slice cucumber and spring onions. Toss togehther in medium bowl. Mix with dressing. Enjoy!
Tip: Peel only half of the cucumber and leave strips of skin on it to get a prettier look.
