Drink. Lemon Water.

Aside from the fact that lemon water is extremley refreshing and tasty it has amazing health benefits. It is a perfect way to cleanse your body and helps to maintain your body’s energy when working out. Personally, I prefer lemon water with fresh mint for a cool and fresh taste. Here’s my extra tip: Freeze thinly sliced lemons! It is a great way to cool the water and get the fresh lemon taste.

You need: 2 lemons ( 1 to freeze / 1 for the juice ) – fresh mint – water

That’s how: Thinly slice lemon. Give it in a freezer bag. Be carfeul that the slices don’t overleap. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Give lemons and mint in a pitcher. Add juice of one lemon. Add water.
