Pomme caramélisée.

Today we want to share with you the delicious french caramelized apple recipe we tried last weekend. It is extremly easy and we think it is the perfect dessert for a cozy autumn dinner.

You need. 1 Apple, cored. 3 TB sugar. 2 tsp butter.

That’s how. Cut the apple into slices. Melt sugar and butter in a pan and turn it on high heat. When it starts turning brown, turn to medium heat. Add the sliced apple and let it cook for several minutes.

Turn the slices once in a while and leave it in the pan until the slices seem to be tender.

Enjoy with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
