Pastry Pops.

I have a confession to make. I LOVE Puff Pastry. I think it is a must have in every fridge: Within minutes you can create the most delicious and creative finger food in case your friends show up totally unexpected or you are throwing a cocktail party. I know a lot of hearty recipes when it comes to puff pastry but yesterday I finally tried to find the perfect one for my sweet tooth. Result: This recipe is just awesome not to say addictive!

[Sprinkle pastry with sugar.]

[Sprinkle one half with hacked pistacios.]

[Roll it.]

[Cut it into pieces.]

[Place pastry pieces on wooden skewers.]

[Give to the oven and let bake for about 20 minutes until sugar starts to melt. ( 200Β°C]

[Decorate with ribbon for a pretty look. ENJOY. You will love it.]
