Grilled Veggies.

I love to cook, but sometimes if you are running out of time or getting home late from work but want to eat something healthy and fresh there is nothing better than a tray bake recipe. It is simply about getting some vegetables ready and arranging everything on a baking sheet together. No use of pans, blenders or jars. Just give the sheet in the oven, take a shower or call your friends and enjoy a great meal a couple of minutes later. You even don’t need a recipe. Just throw together whatever you like. You can add fish, organic lemons, carrots and chicken as well.


[You need.] Fennel. potatoes. red onions. cherry tomatoes. olives. rosemary. salt. pepper. preheat the oven to 220 °c.


[That’s how.] Wash the vegetables and cut them into pieces roughly the same size. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange all the sliced veggies. Generously sprinkle olive oil all over. Season with salt, pepper and fresh rosemary branches. Mix well everything so that the veggies will all be covered by olive oil and seasoning. Give to the oven for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are done.
