Panna Cotta is one of my favorite recipes when it comes to desserts. It is unbelievably easy and incredibly delicious and your guests will love you for this sweet treat.
[You need: 1000 gr. cream | 2 vanilla beans, split lenghtways, seed scraped out | 100 gr. sugar | 6 gelatine leaves.]
[Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water until soft. Place cream, vanilla beans + seeds and sugar in a sauce pan and let simmer for about seven minutes. Don’t let it boil! Remove the vanilla beans. Add the gelatine leaves. Take the pan off the heat and stir until gelatine has dissolved. Rinse dessert glasses out with cold water, then pour in the cream-vanilla mixture. Put into the fridge for at least 4 hours.]
[Serve with raspberry sauce and decorate with fresh raspberries and a mint leave. ENJOY. You and your guests will love this.]
