Since I am crazy about baking and about everything miniature, it was absolutely clear that Mini Cream Cheese Brownies would catch my attention. I followed this recipe but instead of using a brownie pan I used tiny muffin paper cups. Turns out that it works just great and the brownies are as chewy as usual. I served the lovely•tiny•tasty sweets with powered sugar, raspberries and a leaf of mint. Yummy.
[Serve on a small cake stand and decorate with mint leaves and raspberries.]
