Roasted Potatoes.

2[Do you remember the organic new potatoes I mentioned in the Sauce Hollandaise post? They are incredible yummy. To give them another twist, I decided to make roasted potatoes out of them – a great recipe for upcoming BBQs and garden dinner parties. And so easy!]

3[Since these new potatoes are organic ones, I had to wash them really well to get rid off the dirt and the excess skin.]

6[Once the potatoes are all washed, slice them in halves.]

4[Now the seasoning: Dip each half in salt, pepper, rosemary, cumin, chili flakes…what ever herb you prefer. Just make sure that you always dip it in salt first.]

7[Place the potatoe halves – button up – on a clean and greased ( I used olive oil ) baking tray and give it to the oven for 20 minutes or until potatoes are done. 220°C/420°C.]

10[Enjoy with a fresh green salad, steaks and sweet corn. Oh hello, summer! ♥]
