Summery Ravioli Salad.

3 Ravioli

You know that I am a big fan of salads; I think it is the best way to brave the summer heat – food-wise. To change up our routine of green and veggie-only salads, I prepared a delicious and summery ravioli salad for a BBQ with friends the other day. It turned out great, that’s why I want to share it with you guys! Hope you like it as much as we did. Happy Wednesday, everybody!

1 Ravioli

I just used store-bought tomato-mozzarella ravioli, cooked them for 2 minutes in boiling (salted) water, took them out and let them cool down. Extra tip: Make sure to sprinkle some olive oil so they don’t stick together.

Chop 1 bell pepper, 2 tomatoes, 10 cherry tomatoes and a bunch of arugula. Cut a mozzarella cheese ball into small pieces. Mix everything with the ravioli. Sprinkle the salad with olive oil and season it with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
